Job Description:

We're currently hiring Seasonal Assemblers to work on 1st and 2nd shifts over a 12-week contract period beginning in January 2024. Compensation for these contract opportunities is $18.98-$19.98 per hour, depending on shift, plus a $1500 completion bonus after finishing the 12-week assignment.


What a Seasonal Assembler will do at Polaris:

• 
  
• Prepare or build up vehicle parts, subsystems, and components
  
• Install subsystems, parts, and components into a vehicle on a moving assembly line
  
• Perform checks and inspections to ensure good quality
  
• Use and operate various power tools, hoists, and production equipment
  
  What you need to be a Seasonal Assembler at Polaris:
  
  • 
    
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
    
  • Must be able to work in a repetitive, fast-paced environment
    
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat, pinch, grip, and reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations
    
  • Ability to push or pull up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
    
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day, with breaks
