This position allows clinical teams (Allied Health Staff and
providers) to focus on face-to-face encounters with patients by
coordinating clinical functions such as the following:
- receiving and rooming patients
- completion of paperwork such as pre-visit planning, prior
authorizations, work compensation paperwork
- equipment/deep room cleaning including stocking and monitoring
of expiration on all supplies
- maintains levels of supplies, ordering, receiving and routing
of supplies appropriately Demonstrates tact and patience in dealing
with health care team members.
Demonstrates strong organizational skills in maintaining a smooth
flow for care team.
Exhibits appropriate use of telecommunications equipment and uses
Demonstrates initiative, proficiency, and good judgment to optimize
the use of care teams time when seeing patients.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality and
excellence in service are important components of the role.
Performs other duties as assigned.
18 years old.
High School Diploma/GED preferred.
License or Certification:
BLS (Basic Life Support) for Health Care Providers required from
one of the following programs:
1. American Heart Association
2. American Red Cross
If a candidate does not currently have their Basic Life Support for
Health Care Providers, it will be included as part of the
$16.78 - $22.33 / hour
Monday through Friday day shift. Will be expected to float to other
sites in the River Corridor (including Cannon Falls, Red Wing,
Plainview, Zumbrota and Ellsworth, WI), if needed.
