  • Part-Time Schedule with opportunity to pick up shifts when trained
    
    • 
      
    • Training lasts about 2 weeks Monday - Friday between the hours 8:00 am - 4: 30 pm
      
    • Once trained your weekly schedule will alternate between:
      
      • 
        
      • Week one: Sat/Sun between 9am - 5pm, Wed/Thurs between 2pm-8pm
        
      • Week two: Tues/Fri between 2pm-8pm

        The basics of working as -Patient Registration Representative -include:
        
        
        • 
          
        • 
          
          • 
            
          • Welcoming and greeting patients and visitors
            
          • Gathering patient information and completing registration with the patient
            
          • Provide information and ensure patient paperwork is complete
            
          • Assisting with screening questions for COVID-19
            
          • Obtaining patient signatures and insurance documentation
            
            
            
            The position might be an outstanding fit if you:

              • Are proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer
                
              • Previous clinic or hospital work experience is a plus
                
              • Customer service experience
                
              • Have excellent communication skills
                
              • Are able to fill in at other locations depending on need (not required, but an opportunity!)
