The NSA Coordinator position focuses on providing administrative support for service and warranty work being completed by the National Service Assessment Team. The role is also process driven, standardized and transactional tasks aimed at providing a world class customer experience by maintaining the status of open services enabling timely progression through the service process.RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain and complete service processes through rForce system: submitting for warranty, confirming orders, closing service request, reviewing and updating tech note through Field Service via rForce. Maintain service request status in rForce. Provide support with product orders as needed. Other duties as assigned. .QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of one year of customer service experience. Demonstrated word processing, spreadsheet and general computer skills. Effective oral and written communication skills. Knowledge and experience of Renewal retail technology platrorms: (rForce and Five9) is preferred. Detail Orientated. Multi Talking and Flexibility. In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
