      What a Direct Hire Assembler will do at Polaris:
      
      
      • 
        
      • Prepare or build up vehicle parts, subsystems, and components
        
      • Install subsystems, parts, and components into a vehicle on a moving assembly line
        
      • Perform checks and inspections to ensure good quality
        
      • Use and operate various power tools, hoists, and production equipment
        
        What you need to be a Direct Hire Assembler at Polaris:
        
        
        • 
          
          
        • Must be currently employed in a manufacturing, assembly, or related industry
          
        • Must have been with current employer for at least 1 year
          
        • High School Diploma or equivalent
          
        • Must be able to work in a repetitive, fast-paced environment
          
        • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat, pinch, grip, and reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations
          
        • Ability to push or pull up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
          
        • Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day, with breaks
