And, of course, to be themselves. Position Overview: -The Key Account Solution Architect is responsible for providing technical thought leadership as key member of a customer success team. In this role, the Key Account Solution Architect will partner with customers, sales and other Entrust teams to design technical architectures for solutions that meet customer business goals and accelerate the adoption of Entrust services and solutions. The resource in this role will be consultative in customer facing situations to address any customer needs or concerns quickly, involving other resources to influence internal or external stakeholders. As a trusted customer advocate you will help shape and execute a strategy with key customer accounts.The Key Account Solution Architect will be responsible for understanding the customer technical operating environment and resources to enable them to serve as a technical focal point for pre-sales and support activities. This role also will be engaged in regular meetings with the customer to ensure that their business needs are being met by Entrust solutions, and to position Entrust to meet any future relevant requirements.This position will be a remote position located in the Eastern part of the US.1/You will be a critical partner to the Entrust teams, driving collaboration among Sales and other core account groups, and product/engineering teams to align on key mechanisms, assets, and a 360 view of the customer using standard customer success process, systems, mechanisms, and governance.

Your enterprise cloud experience and operational excellence will influence the team's decisions, provide insight, and help drive secure and robust solutions.

Key Actions/Activities -

  • Analyze business requirements and drive the architecture of solutions that will best ensure the success of the customer. Prepare and present customer-specific presentations that articulate these findings -
  • Participate in regular customer meetings and QBRs with the customer success team members
  • Understand, navigate and influence customer engineering and technical stakeholder landscape Be a thought leader in providing guidance on customer technical journey
  • Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within the customers
  • Engage and partner with customer and product/solution teams to help customer within their environment. Share technical/industry expertise
  • Provide technical guidance to customers for pre-sales and post-sales processes and/or issues
  • Conduct high level training sessions within customer accounts to transfer knowledge
  • Conduct working sessions to help build a technical roadmap with the customer that meets short and long term business and technical needs
  • Play an active role in voice of the customer to make sure customer requirements are well understood by the product/solution management teamsSales Support 15%

    • Provide expert recommendations, solicit buy-in, and drive change to product/solution teams in support of customer objectives

      • Keep informed on industry news, events, and general direction of the industry. This resource must be seen as an industry expert in one or more relevant technical areas. A wider base of security knowledge, outside of Entrust's product and solution space is highly desirable
      • Leverage market expertise and customer experience to provide ad-hoc market intelligence to the customer and customer success team
      • Capture best practices knowledge amongst the solutions architect team and share them with other team members.Basic Qualifications
        • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or Engineering
        • Minimum 7 years' experience in infrastructure and network architecture, DevOps or Software Engineering
        • Minimum of 3 years' experience in consulting, professional services, or other customer-facing disciplines within Enterprise applications
        • Solid technical background with hands on experience in digital technologies
        • Familiarity with software and front-end development
        • An ability to grasp customers' needs and suggest timely solutions (business analysis)
        • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
        • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
        • Ability to travel at least 25% (domestic and international)
        • Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for USPreferred Qualifications:
          • Solution pre-sales or sales experience in business value selling across a variety of technologies, including information security, general IT, card or payment technologies is preferred.
          • Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
          • Executive presentation skills
          • Demonstrated ability to learn and adopt new technologies quicklyCompensation Range:
            The pay range for this position is $125,000 - 190,000 if located in the United States. In the event this position is hired outside the U.S., pay ranges will vary and will be set in the applicable currency. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience.
