• Must have Life and Annuities Product development experience with a Policy Administration System
  
• Must have very good understanding of Life and Annuities product rules and business processes
  
• Experience with ALIP Product Configuration or Business Configuration is preferable
  
• Should have good analytical and problem solving skills
  
• Understanding of SQL database and ability to write simple queries
  
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and function with various business and IT stakeholders
