Who We Seek:We are seeking a rising senior to serve as an intern working to conduct strategic analysis of a Maximus capability for Summer 2023 with the aim of transitioning to a full-time role post-grad. Qualified candidates must be strategic thinkers able to pull from primary and secondary data to develop a clear, well researched picture of current and future trends in the capability.What You Will Do:The goal of the internship will be to complete an analysis of a capability Maximus posses in the market that concludes with a go to market strategy. This will include researching current and future trends, opportunities, and challenges within said capability. Once research is completed, you will create a PowerPoint presentation on the capability and present to senor executives.Qualifications:

• Rising Senior or Graduate student completing their degree in 2024
• Demonstrated experience in performing independent research towards a project end goal
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, with attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
