Description:Currently seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to maintain accounts payable to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices. Strong communication skills are necessary as you will interact with staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment. Your ability to remain flexible, inventive, dedicated, and efficient with a high level of integrity and confidentiality is vital to your success in this role.PROCESSING INVOICES:Responsible for department mail distribution and scanning/routing of invoices for coding and approvalScanner maintenanceEnsure all invoices are processed for payment in an accurate and timely mannerResearch and resolve all past due balances or disputesAssist with DataloadsAssist with weekly Sales Tax Field reportingAssist with month end close as neededAssist with supplier statement reviewReview unaccounted reporting and resolve outstanding activityReview missing invoice attachments reporting and resolve when applicableAssist with systems testing as neededProvide daily queue metrics to Accounts Payable SupervisorIntensify in a timely manner issues requiring 2nd level support to Accounting Payable Supervisor or ManagerParticipate in department projects and company initiatives as requiredSkills:3 way matching, invoice processing, accounts payable, construction, oracleTop Skills Details:3 way matchingAdditional Skills & Qualifications:EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree in either Accounting or Finance OR Associates Degree w/1+ year of experience.EXPECTATIONS:Ability to perform in a dynamic, ever-changing environmentWell-developed written and verbal communication skillsSolid attention to detail and ability to work well within a deadline driven environmentPerform functions efficiently and accurately with little direction supervisionPositive, professional attitude and excellent customer service skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationWorking knowledge of Kofax, Oracle, ServiceNow, and Microsoft suite is a plusOpen to change based on diverse input and feedbackEffectively work with those of diverse backgroundsAdaptive, effective communication and active listening skillsStrong cross-cultural relationship building and influencing at all organizational levelsExperience Level:Entry Level About Aston Carter: Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
