Then this is the job for you!As an Insurance Service Specialist in our Certificate Center, you will be on the front lines of adding value for our clients and sales representatives as you answer questions and fulfill service requests by creating certificates of insurance and policy endorsements. We are looking for individuals committed to creating an exceptional customer experience using energetic, effective phone skills, problem-solving techniques, and prioritizing abilities. Do not be concerned if you don't have an insurance background - we provide excellent training to ensure you succeed.The 10-week training class begins on May 22, 2023 in our Mankato, MN office. Your training schedule will be Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. The starting pay for this position is $23.60 per hour. Minimum QualificationsTwo-year degree or equivalent experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPrefer minimum of 3 years' work experience in customer service or businessAbility to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changesAbility to work effectively in a team environmentStrong keyboarding skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications
