Job Description Laundry Assistant's in Winsted, MN - $17.00/Hour Our Laundry Assistant's workweek is Monday to Friday with hours starting at 6:00 am until 3:30 pm. This job is a Light Industrial type position that that pays $17.00/Hour and is a Temp-to-hire opportunity. Laundry Assistant Duties and Responsibilities - - Operates commercial washing machines and dryers. - Sorts and loads soiled uniforms into washers and loads clean, wet uniforms into dryers. - Hang, and distribute clean laundry to production locker room with hanging clothing rack - Maintains equipment and the laundry areas, cleans, and keeps areas in a neat orderly and safe Laundry Assistant Requirements and Qualifications - - Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily - 1-year related experience and/or training - Ability to follow written and oral instructions concerning the mixing of cleaning compounds, liquids, disinfecting solutions, etc. - Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet. - Ability to work independently. - Possess flexibility, integrity, and a strong work ethic. - Good communication skills. - Think on your feet/Fast learner. - Have a high attention to detail. - Ability to solve problems as they arise.
