- Relocation assistancePrinting Press Operators:Pay Rate: $23.00
- $37.50Responsibilities:
- Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain a 6 color 40" sheetfed
press
- Review job specifications to determine the press setup
according to the job requirements.
- Perform all make-ready tasks such as hanging plates or
installing cylinders, examine plates/cylinders for imperfections
and checks for correct positioning of images, prepping blankets,
adjusting tension and register etc.
- Make necessary color corrections
- Make press adjustments prior to production runs to meet and
maintain quality specifications.
- Clean, lubricate, and maintain the press, make minor repairs
and replace worn or broken parts as required.
- Perform periodic maintenance recommended by the
manufacturer.
- Meet budgeted performance objectives**Requirements: **(We are

- Comprehensive knowledge of a wide variety of techniques,
procedures, materials, specifications, equipment, and safety
requirements.
- Skilled in a wide variety of complex manipulations and
mechanical procedures.
- Perform a variety of tasks to set-up, make major adjustments,
and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs of
equipment.
- Read and understand job specifications and knowledge of press
capabilities.
- Ability to determine the most appropriate press usage, press
settings and materials needed to run the job successfully.
- Good Attendance is a MUSTDie Cutting OperatorsPay Rate: $18.00
- $32.50Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Bobst die cutter.
- Set up and adjust press to accommodate for new product sheets
being cut (set feeder, lock up die, set stripper, blanker, and
delivery).
- Set guides, feeders, and load dies into cutting press.
- Inspect quality of each load run: responsible for checking
random sheets from each cut load to ensure for quality.
- When cutting problems are encountered, flag and isolate poorly
produced materials (all defective loads are to be tagged).
- Perform Pre-Make ready and Die-Prep duties
- Maintain data collection records of production. Records of
waste, production time, waiting time etc.
- Responsible for running press as efficiently as possible and
perform PM on all cutters.
- Housekeeping in their work area.
- Verification of materials running on load.
- Assist in training and orientation of new operators assigned to
the machine center
- Other duties as assigned

- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
- Prior folder gluer experience preferred, but not required
- Must be mechanically inclined and possess good mechanical
skills
- Must be analytical

**$18.00 - $32.50 an hourResponsibilities:
- Set up and maintaining folder/gluer equipment
- Responsible for reading and understanding work orders/job
tickets to determine set up specifications and instructions
- Make manual adjustments to account for different fold and glue
patterns based on job specifications
- Load, observe, and monitor machine operations; including the
glue system and other raw materials to ensure appropriate
levels
- Routine standing, bending, lifting and good manual dexterity
skills
- Other duties and tasks as assigned
- Meet budgeted performance objectives**Finishing
OperatorRequirements: (We are looking for good people to train into
this career)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
- Prior folder gluer experience preferred, but not required
- Must be mechanically inclined and possess good mechanical
skills
- Must be analytical
- Must be able to read a ruler and other measuring devices and
have good basic math skills
- Ability to lift 0 - 50 pounds, stand for 12 hours per day, walk
frequently
- Good Attendance is a MUSTEntry Level:Pay Rate:$18.00 -
$21.00Responsibilities:
- Forklift Operation
- Material Handling
- Read and understand work orders/job tickets to determine set up
specifications and instructions
- Load, observe, and monitor machine operations; including the
glue system and other raw materials to ensure appropriate
levels
- Routine standing, bending, lifting and good manual dexterity
skills
- Other duties and tasks as assigned

- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
- Ability to lift 0 - 50 pounds, stand for 8-12 hours per day,
walk frequently.
