Description:Ensure invoices are entered into the system in time manner for so our suppliers will get paid. Responsible for the acquisition and delivery of goods to corporate locations.Responsibilities:Responsible for the acquisition and delivery of goods to corporate locationsEnsure payments are made to vendors accurately and timelyComputer, motor vehicle, copier, fax, and any other equipment required to perform the functions of the positionVerifies requests for goods to ensure documentation is complete and proper authorization has been obtained for purchaseCompares invoice with packing slip and purchase order to verify items received are complete in quantity, pricing and in good conditionVerifies purchase orders to invoices, verifies extension of invoicesAssures proper allocation and distribution of the cost of all items purchasedProcess payments for invoices and travel according to Frontier Health PolicyMaintain log of manual checks and assure information is entered monthlyAttend and participate in regularly scheduled staff meetings and in-services and individual program planning staffing as neededAdditional Information:90% AP 10% Buying/Purchasing On average - cutting 200/300 PO's No real strategic buying but finding demand and finding productSkills:accounts payable, invoice processing, purchase order, buying, purchasing, Supply Chain, Epicor, OracleTop Skills Details:accounts payable,invoice processing,purchase order,buying,purchasingExperience Level:Entry Level
