Job Description Call Center Representative in Shakopee, MN - $19.00/Hour DOE Our Call Center Representative workweek is Monday to Friday with hours starting at 8:00am until 4:30pm. This job is a Warehouse type position that pays $19.00/Hour and is a Temp-to-hire opportunity. Call Center Representative Duties and Responsibilities -Excellent call center/customer service and communication skills required; three years of inbound sales call center taking product orders experience required.Ability to quickly learn computer systems and order processing best practicesAbility to multi-task and problem solve Correctly enter orders received from Conklin's distributors over phone, fax, and emailEfficient PC skills and good listening skills a must, experience with multiple order entry and CRM system's is a plus Call Center Representative Requirements and Qualifications - - GED - Computer literate. Will be entering data into the computer as a regular part of the position.
