Join a growing manufacturing company in Plymouth & enjoy 4-day workweeks! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading effervescent tablet and powder manufacturing company in Plymouth, MN. We are seeking candidates for Manufacturing Machine Operator positions on 1st and 2nd shifts working Monday-Thursday. Compensation for these temp-to-hire opportunities is $18.25-$20.50 per hour, depending on shift. Company Description
This Company is recognized both domestically and internationally as the industry leader in the development, manufacturing, and packaging of effervescent and non-effervescent compressible tablets and powders. What a Manufacturing Machine Operator will do:

• Ensure that all aspects of the machine operation and work follow GMP's and company SOP's
• Observe product and machine operation to detect defects or machine malfunction during production run
• Maintain cleanliness of machine work area and keep work area organized, including the removal of waste material from work area to 5S Standards
• Follow good documentation practice and read and understand batch records
• Accurately complete batch records and logbooks What it takes to be a Manufacturing Machine Operator:
  • High School Diploma required, and 2-year college or technical school graduate or 1-year related field experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as technical documentation, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Moderate mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodations
