Job Summary:
The Claims Resolution Specialist is responsible for researching
errors/issues on shipped orders. He/she will then negotiate a
credit, replacement, or decline requests for credit based on
research findings per each case. This position supports the
organization by providing accurate and timely resolutions to
customers ensuring that we repair any mistakes, and apply if
necessary, a concession to the satisfaction of our customers.
