Job DescriptionWe are hiring experienced #1/Lead Bindery Operators for our printing plant team in Eagan, Minnesota. As a #1/Lead Bindery Operator, you will be responsible for the performance of the production line and crew on our Core Publishing Solutions team. For this role, you would also be eligible for $4,000 in bonuses your first year. A $2,000 signing bonus upon being in the role for 90 days, another $1,000 bonus at 6 months and a final $1,000 bonus at 12 months.Hours of Work - Eagan, Minnesota2nd shift - 2:30 pm - 10:30 pmOccasional overtime up to 4 hours per day and occasional weekend shiftsAbout the Role: In this opportunity as a #1/Lead Bindery Operator, you will be responsible for:Providing leadership, work direction, and training/developing the skills of the crew to consistently optimize overall performanceIn addition to ensuring that the line is running smoothly and producing a quality product for our customers, Lead Operators are expected to facilitate Tier 1 meetings and Gemba Walk discussions to drive communication and improvements to the processes associated with the equipmentTraining for crew members who are temps or are coming in from another area to support workloadMotivating others and creating a team environmentAbout You:Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher.
