Masters all assemblies, including heavy assembly. Trains and leads the department to success.Essential Duties:Assemble and Installa. Masters and trains the assemble and install components in accordance with blueprints for all productsb. Masters and trains the understanding and ability to read and interpret blueprints Loctite/torque specs assembly and give feedback to supervisor and/or engineering team for revisionc. Masters and trains the ability to safely use manual or hand power tools to successfully assemble equipmentPerform Process Inspections/Checklistsa. Fitb. Formc. FunctionMaintain a Clean Work Environmenta. Minimize Clutterb. Trip hazards are cleaned upc. Ground is dry and free of scrap and metal particlesKeep Workstations/Tools Clean and Organized in a Lean 5S Programa. Sort - Separating tools, parts and instructionsb. Set In Order - Organizing tools, parts and instructions neatly and identify for ease of usec. Shine - Clean up work area with chemical products and sweepingd. Standardize - Regularly cleaning and maintenancee. Sustain - Make this process habitual and apart of everydayMaintain A Good Attendance Recorda. Following the schedule provided by the supervisorb. Have good communication with supervisor regarding planned time off and unplanned time offEssential Areas of Responsibility: NoneRequirements:Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Requirements:1. Industry experience is required2. Strong Mechanical Aptitude3. Ability to work in a Team Environment4. Ability to operate hand jack/pallet truck etc.5. Ability to operate cranes, jib cranes and hoistsPhysical Demands:Must be able to remain in a standing position for most of the timeMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequentlyMust be able to work in a production environmentMust be able to communicate clearly and effectivelyMental Demands:1. Ability to work at a steady pace2. Ability to use measuring tools and calibration requirements3. Ability to perform basic arithmetic4. Ability to read and interpret blueprintsWorking Conditions:1.
