In this role, you will be an expert in the processes, tools and methodologies associated with the domain areas as well as provide significant insight to external solutions and future thinking which could be incorporated into solutions. You will serve as a hands-on practitioner for the enterprises functions to diagnose, propose and deliver human resources solutions within the talent performance domain scope. You will also partner closely with global stakeholders to deliver the continuum of services and measure the quality and performance of industry leading solutions. Large-scale transformational change in the following functions will be a priority for this role - Finance, Digital and Data, Global Impact and Sustainability, Law, Corporate Strategy, Commercial Excellence, and HR.Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the organizational development functions team to diagnose, design and execute solution offerings.
  • Provide strategic leadership to identify and recommend appropriate solutions, align on solution design creation and leverage existing global solutions and service providers.
  • Oversee and accelerate organizational development projects and provide oversight to increase employee engagement and drive high performance.
  • Design and implement the performance and service quality metrics that align with global human resources solutions and talent and performance strategic objectives.
  • Nurture a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure the deployment of scalable, simplified, and standardized processes.
  • Implement regional talent and performance solutions to achieve the desired business results and provide an excellent client experience.
  • Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

    • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of six years of related work experiencePreferred Qualifications
      • Master's degree or other post-secondary degree
      • Organizational development or change management certification
      • Three years of supervisory experience
      • Experience working within and reporting into a large, matrixed, global organization
