*The Role*

Entegris is looking for a highly motivated *Customer Service Representative* to be an integral part of the Entegris team that effectively serves our valued customers and helps elevate Entegris' image as a "Best of Class" supplier. Customer service responsibilities include problem solving, order processing, service issues, product knowledge, inventory management, logistics and building successful relationships with internal and external customers.

This important role is based out of our *Chaska, MN* facility. Once your training is complete, there will be opportunity to work remotely several days a week.

*In this role you will*

* Build and maintain successful customer relationships - both internal and external
* Ensure that customer satisfaction is delivered in a timely and accurate fashion and aligned with the Region's Customer Service Performance goals (DPPM)
* Focus on key business processes to improve customer satisfaction, waste elimination, business growth, cost effectiveness and product/system quality
* Understand Entegris' various forms of lead time reduction methods (Pre-Order, Consigned Inventory, Proactive Notifications)
* Provide timely and accurate management of consigned inventory requirements such as monthly reconciliation
* Generate appropriate computer documentation such as sales order confirmations, proof of delivery, and third-party logistics documentation
* Identify potential customer problems and take appropriate corrective actions
* Proactively engage in communication with strategic accounts and account managers
* Proactively partner with cross-functional areas to ensure critical customer needs are met
* Process returns and complaints in a timely and accurate fashion
* Accurately process AgilePoint Dashboard requests

*Traits we believe make a strong candidate*

* Customer service experience is strongly preferred
* Experience with ERP systems strongly preferred (SAP, Oracle, etc.); strong computer skills may be considered in lieu of this experience
* Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong team player with the ability to work independently and manage individual workload with minimal supervision upon successful completion of training
* Ability to work 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
