*Customer Service Associate Job Description: * _We are always looking for passionate, dedicated individual to help us spread the word about our client's brand. As a Customer Service Associate you'll be an integral part of increasing brand engagement, client relation's by planning events that get people excited about connect with a brand! You will work closely together with our experiential marketing departmenting towards achieving company goals such as communicating value through visible displays or testimonials at local shows/festivals where they can engage more personally than ever before; tracking feedback from these encounters via online survey tools - all while representing your assigned territory's reputation._

* _Work on promotional marketing campaigns_
* _Assist in coordinating and planning experiential marketing event's_
* _Collobrate with the rest of the team on creative solution's to increase client brand awareness and engagement_
* _Plan & execute customer service strategies with team while working with client_
* _Track customers' preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas_
* _Provide feedback to the Marketing and Product departments regarding customers' request_

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
