Supervise a work group to assure production of products/services meets daily production schedules. 2. Ensure company safety policy is followed. 3. Ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed and that all employees follow Good Manufacturing Practices. 4. Ensure achievement of objectives relating to personnel management, personnel safety, product quality, productivity, yield and scheduling. 5. Oversee training of new employees in proper performance of line tasks. 6. Complete production reports and payroll responsibilities. 7. Ensure proper utilization of equipment and facilities to prevent damage, and obtain maximum return on investment. 8. Understand the Production Coordinators position to fill in for vacation. 9. Through leadership, development of competencies, training, and effective role modeling, personally embrace our Cultural Beliefs to create experiences, beliefs, and actions that will drive our key results.
