and countless dining and entertainment options.POSITION SUMMARY:The
Project Administrator provides project management support for all
department content, print and digital, including content collection
and review, timeline management, editing and proofing. They also
support making updates to the department external website.ESSENTIAL
ACCOUNTABILITIES:Project Management---Organizes and communicates
details related to a specific assignment or task while serving as
an interface between team members and managers. Serves as ESC
project manager for the development and creation of department
communications by coordinating content collection and review,
dissemination, timeline management, editing and proofing---Assign
tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule
management---Breaks projects into doable actions and set
timeframes---Identifies and implements process
improvements---Documents processes and maintains team process
documentation hub---Coordinates the implementation of vision
documents and marketing plans, including serving as the lead
ESC/marketing liaison for some marketing projectsManaging Division
Content Submissions ---Project manages AANnews, AANenews,
Leadership Update, and internal staff update coordination,
including article ideation, review, tracking, dissemination,
timeline management and process improvements---Supports team in
drafting Synapse and social content for some projects---Coordinates
project schedules and resources to ensure ESC website page updates
are completed as needed, including timeline management,
drafting/updating copy, maintenance, web updates and
improvements---Maintains yearlong ESC content calendarWebsite Pages
and Conferences Mobile App ---Coordinates the Annual Meeting and
Regional Conferences website pages and Conference Mobile App
including drafting/updating copy, maintenance, web updates and
improvements---Provides counsel on where/how to make updates to all
website pages ESC manages. Coordinates website updates in some

notice.QUALIFICATIONS:Education---Associate of
Arts/Vocational/Technical Degree in English, Creative Writing,
Journalism or related field is required---Bachelor's Degree is
preferredExperience ---Minimum of 3 years of experience providing
administrative and/or project management support is
required---Editing experience is preferredAdditional Knowledge,
Skills and Abilities: ---Proven work experience as a Project
Coordinator or similar role is required---Demonstrated proficiency
in MS office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook is
required---Hands-on experience with project management tools a plus
(e.g. Workfront or Asana) is required---Solid organizational
skills, including multitasking and time-management is
required---Ability to manage multiple projects and flexibility to
switch between on a frequent basis is required---Demonstrated
customer service skills sufficient to provide prompt, courteous and
accurate information to internal and external customers in person,
on the phone and through written and electronic correspondence is
required---Demonstrated administrative writing skills and strong
grammar skills are required---Demonstrated integrity and
confidentiality under any circumstance or situation, maintaining
the highest ethical standards is required---Demonstrated excellent
time management skills, ability to prioritize and deliver when
facing multiple projects with tight deadlines is requiredADDITIONAL

Requirements: Occasional travel required - approximately
5%Location: Minneapolis, MN and is identified as hybrid (required
to work in the office with the ability to work remotely part of the
week) Schedule: Occasional evening and weekend requiredPhysical
Requirements: Standard office setting, with ability to sit for long
periods of time, occasional use of stairs; regular use of computer
and office equipment, lifting up to 10 lbs. The physical demands
