• Experience in payroll accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Superior MS Excel skills required and some exposure to large payroll systems like PAYCHEX or ADP Workforce Now.
• Successful processing of multi-state bi-weekly payroll for 350 + employees, including pay changes, payroll deductions, and data entry for hourly employees.
• Reconciliation of employee benefits invoicing.
• Experience working with labor union contract agreements is a plus.
