Position Summary: The essence of this role is to ensure quality plastic rotational molded parts through molding techniques while adhering to company policies and procedures. Makes the plastic element of a playground such as swings, small/large slides, tunnels, and more! Shift Start Time: 6AM Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Mold plastic parts while maintaining the efficiency and quality goals set in the department
  • Set up and load molding machine per job order specifications
  • Ensure accuracy of parts and inventory by ensuring proper inspecting and labeling techniques, we offer on-the-job training
  • Comply with all safety requirements
  • Rotate to other areas of the department to assist team members, when needed. Attributes:
    • Basic Computer Knowledge
    • Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the company, if needed.
    • Comfortable making judgment calls on quality of parts and determining which parts need to be fixed
    • Ability to organize and prioritize workload between work
    • Work well with others and in a team environment Qualifications:
      • High School Diploma or GED required
      • Ability to follow standard work and operating procedures
      • Able to lift 50 lbs.
      • Comfortable with grasping and pulling products and machines frequently COME AS YOU ARE
