Immediate need of a Full Time, Metal Plater/Finisher, Choice of
3 shifts (experience preferred, but willing to train the right
candidate) Training done on 1st shift for about 6-8 months. Earn
while you learn! This is not taught in schools. Start your career
today! A simplified job description would be to read paperwork,
process parts per paperwork (processing includes placing parts in a
particular set of chemical baths using an overhead hoist, to
achieve the finished requested), when done - check for quality.
Nico Products provides quality metal finishing to our customers, in
a timely manner. This is a critical position within the company.

Our trade is not taught in any school. So, we train our employees
to be a professional in the industry and they earn a living at the
same time. It's an alternative to going to college with the
advantage of getting paid while you learn a sought-after skill.
Many nuances with this trade. It takes a few years to become fully
skilled. We're willing to put in the time if you're willing to put
in the effort. Training done on 1st shift (6-8 months) and then you
would move to 2nd shift.
- Show up EVERY day. (Attendance is CRUCIAL!)
- Basic math and ability to read and use a ruler.
- Can work independently and as a team in a diverse

be able to retain information.
- Ability to stand, reach, bend, and have hand dexterity for long
periods of time.
- Follow safety procedures to avoid injuries.
- Can clearly speak, read, write and understand English.
- Must pass drug test, background check, and simple math
questionnaire before starting.

1st Shift: 6am - 2pm Monday - Friday + OT as needed
2nd Shift: 2pm - 10pm Monday-Friday + OT as needed*
3rd Shift: 10pm - 6 am Monday - Friday + OT as needed*
*Initial training will be done on 1st shift and then the candidate
will move to 2nd shift within 6-8 months from date of hire.
Job Type: Full-time
Wage Range: $21.50/hour - $23.50/hour +/ based on work experience.
Rate based on shift. Paid weekly.
Signing Bonus: $3500 (not applicable to current employees)
