Application Agronomist will lead a research/field-testing program
related to crop protection and crop nutrition.Responsibilities
Conduct research utilizing proven and experimental crop protection
and crop nutrition management techniques to discover best methods
to provide agronomic input and field data to support the CNH
Industrial's product development activities. Conduct experimental
designed plots in fields to validate product definition and product
performance as it relates to agronomic measurements. Use
professional skills to assist team in defining agronomic
requirements for new projects on integrated weed/disease management
systems and fertilizer application for agronomic crops. This
position pays $71,000 to $102,000. (Actual salaries will vary and
will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and
qualification for the role.)Qualifications--- A Bachelors or
Master's in the Agronomic Sciences, Weed Ecology/Management,
Precision Agriculture, Soil Science or related Plant Biological or
Agricultural course of study--- At least 2 year previous work
experience in a cash grain agricultural field--- Training and use
of replicated field trials and statistics--- Valid US Driver's
License with approximately 30% travel This position is eligible for
