In this role, you will provideremote and on-site Level 1 technical support, analysis and troubleshooting for desktop and laptopcomputers, hardware, software and all IT peripherals devices.What youll do:Work with teams/users to effectively perform moves, installations, and changesAssure that all tickets requiring follow up work, and/or escalation receive appropriate attentionAssist in developing and documenting changes and improvement to our current processesSetup and configure workstations, adhering to security requirements and IT policiesSupport and troubleshoot wired, wireless and VPN connectivity for desktops, laptops, Pad and mobile devicesProvide support to clients for general operation of Windows operating system, Mac OSX. MS Office Suite/Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, application support and standard supportPrepare equipment for decommissioning, including secure removal of dataAssist in maintaining hardware and software inventories, ensuring that they are kept up to date and as accurate as possibleBe responsible for user/ticket requests and prioritize them in accordance with proceduresCollaborate with other team members and application support staff to resolve more complex problemsWhat youll bring: Two-year degree and/or equivalent work experience Excellent detail orientation and follow-through skills Technical writing and communication skills Knowledge of Windows and Apple hardware and software troubleshooting and configurationsCompetencies youll demonstrate; Continuous Improvement Continuous Learning Customer Focus Decision Making Initiating Action Managing Work (includes Time Management) Quality Orientation Technical/Professional Knowledge & SkillsYoull love working at The Lacek Group smart people, great environment, engaging culture, comprehensive benefits and fantastic growth opportunities.
