Responsibilities Who you areAs a Salesforce Administrator, you will understand the Live Services whole person approach to working with members as they are empowered to improve their lives. You will collaborate cross-functionally with our Service, Quality, Training, Operations Leadership, plus Product Management, and Engineering to ensure a stable and continuously improving system environment for the team. In the role of Salesforce Administrator, you will wear many hats though your talents will be crucial in the following areas:

• Perform day-to-day management of the Health Cloud organization (i.e., user management)
• End User support and training
• Maintain data and system security and integrity in Salesforce
• Understand the needs of the Live Services team and implement improvements within Salesforce Health Cloud by creating custom objects and fields as required plus handling bulk data migration
• Partner with internal departments and vendors to drive system enhancements
• Experience in Process Builders, Flows, Workflows, Approval Process, Validations Rules and Duplication/Matching Rules
• Experience configuring and maintaining security permissions in compliance with organizational needs
• Assist in configuring and maintaining multiple sandbox environments to facilitate successful development and QA testing of new features
• Assist in Release Management tasks required to promote changes from the sandbox to production Qualifications What you bring to the teamIn order to represent the best of what we have to offer, you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Salesforce Health or Service Cloud Admin
  • Salesforce Admin Certification
  • Salesforce Lightning Scheduler knowledge a plus
