Who you are
We have a remarkable opportunity for a Product Manager to join
the fast-growing Product Team at Virgin Pulse. Our purpose at
Virgin Pulse is to change lives for good. We create software
products across web and mobile devices that help people become
healthier, happier, and more productive.
Our work spans IOS, Android, Web apps, wearable and connected
devices, and reaches 2 million + users across20languages, for their
everyday engagement, behavior change, and success. You will join a
fast-growing team Product team that includes product managers, user
researchers, UX designers, and content strategists, in an exciting
agile, innovative, and collaborative environment.
In this role you will wear many hats but your skills will be
especially essential in the following:
As a Product Manager on the team responsible for day in the life
data of our members you will be responsible for bridging the gap
across our member's health events to help create a more robust user
avatar. Owning the strategy for our devices and wearable to promote
adoption. Maintaining a perspective on the device market to
understand what new data points can be captured in the future and
which devices are leading the market in capabilities. You will be
the driving force behind our Social Determinants of Health
initiatives that create a user experience that is empathetic to our
member population. You act as the CEO for your lane and demonstrate
leadership through your ability to partner with and influence
multiple internal resource groups. To better understand
requirements and dependencies you work with stakeholders across the
business (including, but not limited to engineering, user
experience & design, product marketing, client success, and legal).
You drive product strategy through a deep understanding of business
needs, maintaining a prioritized backlog with near-term
deliverables and longer-term vision.
Possessing an insatiable curiosity and desire to solve user
problems, you advocate for your feature roadmap with an eye towards
user empathy. You serve as the evangelist for your feature lane,
communicating the roadmap vision to stakeholders. You also share
this vision with your scrum team, rallying engineers to develop
with business needs in mind.

What you bring to the team
You are passionate about quality. Ensuring accuracy and elegance
in your work is something you do every day.
- Three (3) or more years working as a product manager in an
agile software development environment Domain experience in areas
such as digital wellbeing, health, or FINTECH strongly
- Knowledgeable in SaaS software
- Passion for design, user experience, usability
- Experience with service design and ops a plus
- Experience with consumer and employee software a plus
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation
- Experience with A/B testing, user testing, user interviews and
conversions funnels strongly preferred
