Our Minneapolis, Minnesota plant location has an immediate need
for Production Workers.
We offer competitive pay (starts at a probationary rate of
$20.52/hour and goes to $24.00+/hour after the probationary period
is met) and have a comprehensive benefits package. We are looking
for Production Workers to cover our 2nd Shift (2:00PM - 10:00PM)
and our 3rd Shift (10:00PM - 6:00AM). Our plant operates 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week with scheduled days off.
Essential Functions (include but are not limited to)
On a daily basis, assigned to work at the front-end area -to
sort and stock product on pallets or back on the production
conveyor. Fill in for hourly production line vacancies when
required. Assist in lace-up on the front-end as required. Will
assist in clearing machine jam-ups (at the auto catcher) to keep
product moving. Responsible for the basic maintenance, trouble
shooting and cleaning of assigned equipment. Records and documents
all required data on applicable sheets. Responsible for
housekeeping in and around the assigned area. Responsible for being
at work on time, for the scheduled shift. Keeps the supervisor
informed of variations in the production process at all times. Must
perform other related duties as directed.
Basic Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
A strong commitment to safety.
Must be proficient with mathematical skills and communication
Ability to wear and use required safety equipment.
- Must pass the pre-employment background check (which includes a
- 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
