Zeta is seeking an experienced, senior-level Marketing Strategist to join our growing Customer Experience (CX) group in response to rapid client acquisition and the need for additional services support. This is a key role, providing insight and guidance to C-Level executives across their business including brand, marketing strategies, infrastructure and operations. Our CX group takes an innovative approach to help marketers personalize, automate and optimize the Customer Journey. In today's Journey of One, more advanced thinking, models and tools are required to engage and drive the desired behavior. We identify the micro-moments that matter and design customer strategies and omnichannel programs to maximize the impact and ROI. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of project management, analytical, quantitative and creative experience design skills, together with the ability to think tactically. This role has a leadership role with the client in connecting data insight and activation to business application. A day in the life * Leading the day-to-day strategy services engagement and client relationship alongside the Account Director. * Identifying opportunities and offering omni-channel strategic solutions to the client; focused on improving ROI, rooted in data insight and focused on driving the desired business objectives and customer behaviors. * Participating in all aspects of Zeta's methodology and work, including analyzing quantitative research and reviewing audience/analytical models, as well as creative thinking and developing strategic recommendations for audience targeting, customer strategies and omni-channel lifecycle marketing programs. * Develop and manage strategy and analytic roadmaps that define workstreams aligning to client objectives and drive omnichannel business impacts. * Drive client presentations and deliverables; working with the account, creative and operations teams. * New business development-bring strategy to life within proposals and pitches to new clients and existing client upsell. * Cross-functional team leadership as necessary to ensure successful project engagements; including developing, and evolving, team processes and client deliverables. * Active participation in practice management, including training and recruiting. * Travel is part of all project engagements, though less time is spent on client premises than at a traditional firm. Expect 25% The Ideal candidate will have * 7-10 years of experience in a solutions-oriented strategic role with a focus on client engagement and interaction. * A complete and comprehensive understanding of addressable/people-based marketing, digital, media and offline channels, conversion optimization, analytics and business intelligence and marketing technology. In addition, this professional will exhibit superior client management, consulting and solution development expertise. * Proven success creating strategic plans by combining various creative/analytical skills with the ability to think tactically on the job * A positive and confident demeanor and can effectively delegate in high-pressure situations * Previous experience as a consulting, agency strategy or client leadership role is preferred Requirements: * 5+ years of strategy consulting, planning or client leadership experience, with a major brand or agency * Marketing (Digital, Integrated, CRM, etc.) experience required; emphasis to knowledge and experience in media strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social and Display * Analytics and modeling experience a plus #LI-MC1 About Zeta Global Zeta Global is a data-powered marketing technology company with a heritage of innovation and industry leadership.
