The International Documentation Specialist is responsible for supporting export activities and preparation of commercial documents. Key aspect of the position is collecting and compiling relevant documentation for Export shipments in accordance with the underlying contract terms and governing regulation (domestic and international). This position interacts with domestic service providers, our global customer base and banking channels, and is instrumental in ensuring successful cargo clearance and payment collection. Job Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare and/or maintain documentation pertaining to export shipments
• Collect or prepare certificates, bills of lading, invoices, and other necessary documents to present against the contract and its payment instruments
• Ensure timely presentation of documents
• Interface with other departments within the export supply chain to trouble shoot
• Respond to customer inquiries and communicate with customers and internal stake holders to provide updates regarding assigned shipments Minimum Qualifications
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and pro-actively identify, research, and solve problems
  • High organizational capabilities along with ability to multi-task, prioritize workflow and complete tasks with a high level of accuracy, responsibility, and efficiency
  • Ability to effectively manage time and be self-motivated
