What we need: The Lead QA function ensures that our final client deliverables meet the stated objectives of the project. Purpose is to define test strategy, create test plan, execute testing and resolve defects autonomously on both simple and complex projects. Execute testing and resolve defects autonomously on a high volume of projects and provide support and guidance to less tenured QAs on the Lead's assigned account(s).This role will work closely with account, BA, front end developers, back end developers and data resources to ensure quality. What you'll do:

• Lead assigned account(s), helping with resource prioritization and assignment, estimating and problem solving and coaching more junior team members
• Train and provide guidance to QA team members - including contractors - on their assigned account(s)
• Estimate the QA function on projects within account(s)
• Review requirements and offer expertise on how to make the requirements testable on projects and other very complex or unique projects within their assigned account(s)
• Actively participate in project build approach meetings representing QA function on projects and other complex or unique projects within their assigned account(s)
• Define test strategy and create test plans for all types and levels of projects
• Execute test plans and work collaboratively to resolve and manage defects per TLG best practices and standards
• Become a subject matter expert around the audience, business rules and consumer experience to meet responsibilities of the account(s) -- What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, or related field desired
  • 5-7 years of experience with designing, building, and executing test plans
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, formally or informally, or mentor others
  • Experience preferred in the following types of testing: functional, end-to-end, regression and user acceptance
  • In-depth understanding of internet and database technologies, internet-based applications and related SDLC and quality assurance tools
  • In-depth knowledge of quality assurance best practices and experience using QA tools
  • Ability to handle a high volume of projects: multitask and prioritize, execute and deliver with agility under tight deadlines
  • Significant experience testing on iOS and Android devices and knowledge of operating systems -- Competencies you'll demonstrate:
