A practice is interested in adding a pediatric ophthalmologist to their group. With current pediatric infrastructure in place, the new associate will benefit from established referral patterns and back logged patient schedules. A new associate will be supported with orthoptists, techs, and a scribe. Strabismus cases will be done in the practice owned surgery center while any anterior segment pediatric cases can be done at a nearby hospital. The practice would like for the new associate to screen ROP but not required to treat. The practice is very progressive and provides a collegial environment ripe for mentorship and growth. A new associate will have patients made available to them immediately and new patients diverted to them. Earning potential is high. Buy in is 1 year.
