Journeyperson Technician – Walser Automotive Group Join a family-owned automotive leader with 70 years of excellence. As a Journeyperson Technician, you’ll perform skilled diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work to ensure every vehicle meets the highest standards of performance and safety. Compensation: • Up to based $39.25/hr based on production! • Opportunities for growth and development Initial Requirements: • Automotive degree/certificate or 3 years of professional experience required • Current ASE Certifications required What You’ll Do: • Perform repairs and maintenance accurately and efficiently following factory standards • Diagnose and recommend additional service work as needed • Communicate promptly with Service Advisors and the Parts Department • Road test vehicles to verify quality of repairs • Stay current on manufacturer bulletins, recalls, and training programs • Document all work performed using TruVideo and Estimate Tools • Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety procedures • Uphold Walser’s Core Values: Do The Right Thing, Lead By Example, Display Positive Energy, Be Open Minded Additional Requirements: • 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • Strong diagnostic, teamwork, and communication skills • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods What’s in it for you?
