Job Description Job Description WAREHOUSE WORKER (ENTRY LEVEL) ELK RIVER MN Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, operating various types of equipment, and supporting light production tasks as needed. Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders. Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. Operate various types of warehouse equipment. Support light production tasks as required. Handle materials and manage inventory. Use RF scanners and pallet jacks. Unload and load shipments. Perform general labor and production tasks. Essential Skills Experience with forklift operations. Proficiency in packing and inventory management. Ability to handle materials and perform general labor. Experience with RF scanners and pallet jacks. Capability to perform heavy lifting. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous warehouse or production experience is preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand during the shift. Dependability and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt. Team player with a strong work ethic. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is a smaller warehouse that is well-lit and climate-controlled, providing a comfortable setting to carry out your responsibilities. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elk River, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
