Job Description:
Our client in Siren is seeking 3rd Shift Production Workers to
join their team. In this role, you will be part of the
manufacturing department supporting the assembly and packaging
processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to
detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Worker
Location: Siren, WI Pay Range: $18/hr Shift: 3rd, 11p-7a Mon-Fri
What's the Job? Assemble and package products according to
specifications and quality standards Operate manufacturing
equipment safely and efficiently Inspect finished products for
defects and ensure compliance with quality guidelines Maintain a
clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and
deadlines What's Needed? Ability to follow detailed instructions
and safety protocols Strong attention to detail and quality
assurance skills Good communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
