Our client, a leading food production company specializing in high-quality cheese products, is seeking a Cheese Spread Maker to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for food quality, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Cheese Spread Maker Location: Barron, WI Pay Range: $17.50/hr Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Schedule may change based on business needs. What's the Job? Prepare and blend cheese spreads according to established recipes and production schedules. Accurately measure and combine ingredients, ensuring precise proportions and consistent flavor profiles. Operate and maintain cheese processing equipment, including mixers, blenders, and scales. Monitor and control product quality throughout the production process. Maintain accurate production records, including ingredient usage, batch numbers, and production times. What's Needed? Experience in food production or general knowledge of food preparation. Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation principles. Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
