Our client, the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the cheese processing team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Worker (Cheese Cleaner) Location: Turtle Lake, WI Pay Range: $18.50 base pay Shift: 6am - 6pm, 2-2-3 schedule What's the Job? Load cheese onto cleaning table by lifting cheese off racks or totes Hand clean cheese using hand tools for detailed cleaning Identify and remove mold or debris from cheese with keen visual inspection What's Needed? Ability to visually detect small mold specks and debris Physical ability to lift and handle cheese products Attention to detail and quality standards Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality What's in it for me?
