Job Description Job Description Job Title: Assembler Job Description We are seeking an Entry Level Assembler in Anoka, MN. This position offers weekly pay and opportunities across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for building and assembling copper piping and rubber tubing for a High-Density Liquid Cooling product. You will work with hand and power tools and utilize blueprints to construct more complex assemblies of cooling systems and mild steel enclosures. Additionally, you will learn to braze copper piping and grind finished products. You will be required to stand throughout your shift and work both individually and as part of a team. Responsibilities Assemble copper piping and rubber tubing for High-Density Liquid Cooling products. Utilize hand and power tools for assembly tasks. Read and interpret blueprints to assemble complex cooling systems and mild steel enclosures. Learn and perform brazing on copper piping. Grind and finish assembled products. Work both individually and collaboratively as part of a team. Essential Skills Experience with hand tools and power tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Capability to stand throughout the entire shift. Desire to enter the manufacturing industry. Additional Skills & Qualifications 3 months of assembly experience is a plus. Knowledge or experience working with tools. No previous manufacturing experience is required but a desire to get into manufacturing is essential. Comfortable standing for the entire shift. Work Environment The work environment is a very large, high-speed manufacturing setting, which is not an assembly line. While the facility is clean, it can get hot in the summer as it is not temperature controlled. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Anoka, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.82 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
