Job Description:

with a pivotal role in our Transportation and Logistics team. As a
Driver based in Northfield, MN, you will be at the front line in
ensuring the timely, safe, and secure delivery of goods to our
clients across the region. This position plays a key role in
sustaining our reputation for operational excellence and superior
customer service. Leverage McLane’s advanced vehicles and
technology to meet the dynamic needs of our customers while
upholding safety standards. Operate McLane vehicles to deliver
goods to various customer locations, ensuring timely delivery
schedules are met. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle
inspections to guarantee that the vehicle meets safety and
maintenance standards. Adhere to company operating policies and
procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Maintain
accurate travel and cargo documentation. Engage with customers and
team members in a professional manner, providing excellent service
and ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage routes and schedules
effectively, adjusting to unforeseen circumstances as necessary.
Proficient in navigating various types of vehicles and logistical
equipment. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to
maintain composure under pressure and adapt to dynamic
environments. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
required. Clean driving record. Experience with electronic logging
devices (ELDs).
