This crucial role is geared towards an individual eager to oversee the night shift operations, ensuring efficient and effective storage and distribution of our vast array of products. The successful candidate will handle inventory management, staff supervision, and compliance with safety protocols, optimizing operations to support our commitment to excellent service delivery. Lead and supervise a team of warehouse personnel, managing performance, scheduling, and training needs. Optimize space utilization within the warehouse, ensuring orderly stock placement and accessibility. Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of nightly warehouse activities, records, and reports. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Collaborate with other departments to enhance efficiency and meet distribution timelines. Handle conflicts and make effective decisions under nighttime operational circumstances.
