We sit at the heart of the supply chain, partnering with farmers and customers to source, make and deliver essential products.Job Purpose and ImpactThe Carrier Operator will help coordinate inbound and outbound logistical operations, including inventory management, warehousing and transportation to ensure sufficient supply of goods and products. In this role, you will execute tasks and resolve more complex issues for standard modes of transport during shipments within a single country.Key Accountabilities Independently collect and organize fleet related information from internal and external clients and customers and conduct computer data entry to track and document movement. Organize an effective system that meets the organization's inventory control needs through efficient transportation of raw materials. Monitor activities from receiving, locating and dispatching, sourcing, purchasing and optimizing inventory levels. Help plan and direct our fleet activities. Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. Other duties as assigned QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience.Willingness to work/be on call nights, weekends, and holidays.Position InformationRelocation assistance will not be provided for this position.This is position is open to fully remote.The expected salary for this position is $60,486.00 $81,936.00. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award.
