Manager participates in the identification, design, development and
implementation of assigned projects. Assigned projects may be
general or systems related in nature. Interfaces with internal and
external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in
accordance with user needs. Participates in training users and
evaluating the project. Manages performance of the project team and
evaluates overall team performance. What You’ll Bring Proven people

Demonstrated ability to lead through complexity and change while
supporting team growth and performance excellence Client and user
advocate who consistently champions the customer perspective
throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring solutions align
with business needs, product capabilities, and long?term client
success. Comfortable navigating nuanced client requirements and
guiding them toward optimal outcomes. Strong partnership mindset
with Sales and Relationship teams , with a clear understanding of
sales motions, client expectations, and revenue objectives. Able to
translate sales commitments into executable implementation plans
while proactively managing scope, risk, and client expectations.
Results?driven and goal?oriented , with a track record of striving
to exceed performance metrics related to implementation timelines,
quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Comfortable owning outcomes and driving continuous improvement
across people, process, and delivery. Excellent communicator and
influencer , able to engage effectively with frontline teams,
senior leaders, sales partners, and clients. Skilled at simplifying
complex concepts and building trust across diverse stakeholder
groups Preferred Skills/Experience Comprehensive knowledge of
assigned business line or functional area Demonstrated management
and leadership skills Strong organizational and analytical skills
Advanced knowledge of project management Ability to identify and
resolve exceptions and to analyze data Excellent verbal and written
communication skills Previous leadership experience is bonus
Thrives in a cross collaboration environment Basic Qualifications
Master's degree, or equivalent work experience 10 or more years of
experience in project management activities Location: Minneapolis,
U.S. Bank Plaza The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which
means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week
and the flexibility to work outside of the location for the other

salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which

(all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range:
$119,765.00 - $140,900.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified
