Job Description:
Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks a dynamic and experienced
Player Development Manager to elevate our guest experience and
drive our casino's player development initiatives. The successful
candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing
strategies that enhance player loyalty, promote repeat visits, and
increase gaming revenue. This role demands a strategic leader who
deeply understands casino operations, customer relationship
management, and player engagement within the gaming industry. By

amenities, the Player Development Manager will play a crucial role
in sustaining the exciting atmosphere that makes our resort a
premier destination. Develop and oversee a comprehensive player
development strategy to maximize guest engagement and casino
profitability. Cultivate and maintain relationships with VIP
clients and top-tier players to ensure a customized and memorable
experience. Analyze player data to identify trends, devise targeted
promotions, and improve service delivery. Collaborate with
marketing, sales, and customer service teams to coordinate events
and promotions that align with player development goals. Train and
lead a team of player development staff, setting high performance
standards and monitoring outcomes. Ensure compliance with all
gaming regulations and maintain ethical standards in player
interactions. Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in data
analysis and customer relationship management (CRM) software
In-depth knowledge of casino gaming operations and regulations
Ability to design and implement strategic business and marketing
plans Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving
skills Certified Gaming Manager (CGM) or similar certification
preferred Proficiency in CRM platforms and data analytics tools
