M-F, 8-5 CT Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite Are you a recent graduate or
early-career professional looking to grow your experience in
business systems and data analytics? We're looking for a
Junior/Associate Business Systems Analyst to join our team in a
hybrid role supporting business and IT operations. This entry-level
position is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience as a
Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Business Process
Analyst who thrives on collaboration, attention to detail, and a
mix of data and documentation work. Key Responsibilities: Support
business units by acting as a liaison between business and IT teams
Perform data entry, generate and compile reports, and assist in
audit and compliance reviews Update system and process
documentation; assist in training material development Participate
in case consultations and provide ongoing support to front-line
teams Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry
regulations Use Excel and other MS Office tools to analyze and
present data clearly and efficiently Qualifications: Bachelor's
degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management
Information Systems, or related field 1-2 years of professional
experience or relevant paid internship in a business analysis,
systems support, or operations environment Strong skills with
Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (advanced functions,
pivot tables, etc.) Ability to document business and/or technical
processes in a clear and organized manner Exposure to IT
environments and terminology is a plus - you should be able to
"talk the talk" Comfortable working in a hybrid setting, with the
