Acceptable Locations -Hopkins, Minnesota OR San Francisco CA- 3 days in the office / week

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.
10-12 years of Mobile Automation Tester Experience.
Strong skill set on

Mobile automation

using Appium 2.x

Roles and Responsibilities:
Strong background with experience in iOS/Android native applications, back-end scripting and automation using Selenium and Appium.
Conduct code reviews, maintain code quality, ensure adherence to coding standards and work with platform team to align with enterprise standards and merge the code
Assist in creating and maintaining automated test scripts using selenium with java
Collaborate with senior team members to understand the test requirements and convert them to automated test cases.
Debug and troubleshoot test scripts, identifying and reporting issues to improve script reliability.
Test at an API level such as via Web Services, JMS Queue, or other back end service
Ensure the latest builds are consistent.
Implement the Regression suite and its maintenance
Configure the ADO pipeline for running the regression suite on daily basis
Analyze the failures in the test results generated

Must have Skills:
Strong skill set on

Mobile automation

using Appium 2.x
Work on both IOS and Android devices.
Work Authorization

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $110,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
