Customer Technology ManagerBCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Technology Manager for an opportunity in Minnesota Location! Position Title: Customer Technology ManagerLocation: Minneapolis, MNAnticipated Start Date: 9/25/2023.Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 3+ months.Job Type: Contract - HybridPay Range: $31.79/hr. - $52.45/hr.Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). What Will You Do?* Working directly with our customers to gather and define project requirements, including assessment of data, definition of web site content, and clarification of customer reporting needs.* Documenting customer requirements for projects and communicating those requirements and customer expectations to the technical development team.* Developing project technical timelines and collaborating with the technical team to meet those timelines.* Coordinating on-going program operations including project promotion setup, content updates, web site testing with the project operations team. What Experience Should You Have?* BA/BS degree; highly preferred.* 2-3 years of business analysis experience in a project-oriented environment.o Customer facing experience is HIGHLY preferredo Software products created for external clients is the ideal experience.* Previous experience with relational database structures.* Qualified candidates will have effective leadership skills, strong technical knowledge, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.
