2+month contract position in Saint Louis Park
Must be able to work
Also must be available for a 2 week training starting Nov 10th
Receives and responds to a high volume of emails.
Talks with customers by phone.
Maintains performance standards like emails per hour
Takes and/or supplies information from/to callers Resolves customer
service challenges Relays messages or order information High School
Ability to work under pressure and make decisions independently
Demonstrated strong system skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong PC skills - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) We
